will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and support in our call center operations.
This role focuses on mentoring and guiding team members on the best practices for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
The representative will also assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
Additionally, the SME will provide feedback and insights to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service.
Strong understanding of the products and services offered by the company.
Proven ability to handle complex customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in training or mentoring others is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
