Job description
  • will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and support in our call center operations.

  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service.
    • Strong understanding of the products and services offered by the company.
    • Proven ability to handle complex customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in training or mentoring others is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
