Job descriptionPrepare Working drawings and coordinate technical drawings with them team of architects and the site supervision. Implements specific architectural works in accordance with the work program of a project, or as requested. Organizes and supervises the work engineers allocated to him and provides support and / or advice to project teams, as applicable. Responsible for efficient and effective design of architectural works, preparation of drawings, contract documents, etc. Verifies that all designs, drawings and documents are to current codes and standards. Liaises as directed with consulting engineers, and / or contractors on all matters necessary for the implementation of the work program of the project. Undertakes special project assignments as required. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Education / Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in architecture engineering or any related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
