About the role

The PM will be responsible for managing projects in scope while guaranteeing efficiency and compliance with internal procedures and service standards, contributing to client’s satisfaction and business's sustainable growth.

This role requires a minimum of 70% travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia , to work closely on-site with our client. Applicants must be flexible, comfortable with frequent travel , and eligible to travel on a business visa . A strong commitment to being present where the work happens is essential.

As a part of your job, you will :

• Define and manage the project's scope, estimating costs, determining budgets, and identifying quality requirements.
• Plan, define and develop schedules, and activities, estimating resources and activity durations.
• Manage changes to the project scope, organize schedules, control costs and margins maintain an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact.
• Define the budget and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring the accomplishment of the project's goals within the budget and timing set.
• Establish and maintain relationships with different stakeholders within the project scope.
• Perform risk management, planning and identifying potential risks, assessing qualitative and quantitative risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and reporting issues that cannot be resolved within the team.
• Manage all project's workload, be accountable and analyze the team's progress activities, and prepare status reports.
• Ensure project team members are aligned with clients' needs.
• Promote continuous improvement of structure, processes, and tools that support team productivity and add value for the client.
• Guarantee project deliverables timely and ensure that they comply with quality standards.
• Lead and coach the team, ensuring appropriate assessment, support, and development of the team members.
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies / industry trends providing insights and advice on new opportunities and applying best practices into daily activities.
• Be compliant with internal procedures, policies and guidelines, and external regulations.
• Be aware of new opportunities / projects with customers.
• Coach, motivate, and give guidance to the team members, to ensure continuously improving performance levels in terms of project scope, budget, and schedules, guaranteeing that work is performed on time with the quality expected.
