Key accountabilities / Main Responsibilities :
- Research & Analysis
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities in the confectionery & FMCG.
- Analyze competitor strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain databases of market and consumer information for strategic planning.
- Consumer Insights
- Design and manage surveys, focus groups, and other tools to collect customer feedback.
- Analyze consumer buying behaviors to identify patterns and preferences.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for marketing campaigns and product development.
- Performance Evaluation
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communication strategies, campaigns, and channels.
- Provide regular reports and dashboards on key metrics, identifying areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize ROI based on data-driven insights.
- Collaboration & Support
- Partner with cross-functional teams including retail, sales, branding, and product development to align research insights with business goals.
- Support the development of communication strategies for product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Technical / Professional Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.3 - 5 years of experience in market research or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or confectionery industry.
