Overseeing the AR team, ensuring accurate invoices, timely collections, and effective credit control. Ensuring compliance with financial policies, optimizing cash flow, and providing strategic insights to enhance revenue management. Collaborating with internal departments and external clients to resolve payment issues while improving processes and financial efficiency within the fintech company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the Accounts Receivable team and daily AR operations.
- Oversee invoicing, billing accuracy, and revenue posting.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and handle escalation cases.
- Review and approve credit notes and adjustments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare AR aging reports and share periodic updates with management.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer success teams for billing and collection matters.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Implement process improvements to enhance collections efficiency and cash flow.
- Train, guide, and support AR team members.
REQUIREMENTS
