Job description

The Retail Power Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the retail power sector. This role involves managing a team of sales professionals, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders in the retail power market.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the retail power or energy sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
