At Advansys, we are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning methodologies and extensive experience in deploying scalable machine learning models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement machine learning solutions that address complex business problems.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
- Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to build data pipelines for training and operationalizing models.
- Conducting data analysis and feature engineering to enhance model performance.
- Optimizing existing machine learning models for accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- Monitoring and maintaining deployed models to ensure consistent performance and accuracy.
- Researching and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers in the team.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related role.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn).Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying machine learning solutions.Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI / CD pipelines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Benefits
