This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Finance Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves collaborating with various departments, providing strategic financial advice, and supporting decision-making processes. Some work from home is acceptable as part of the hybrid model.
Oversee and manage all financial operations and processes
Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and analysis
Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans
Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and financial regulations
Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to leadership
Collaborate with internal departments to support financial planning and decision-making
Identify financial risks and opportunities to improve performance
Qualifications
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical skills
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
Proficient in accounting software and financial management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Prepare balance sheets
Track and reconcile bank statements
Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
Process tax payments
Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
Provide administrative support during budget preparation
Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
Previous experience within the advertising sector will be considered an asset.
