Job Description

  • Supplier Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers across various categories including marketing materials, spare parts, consumables, agencies, contractors, and equipment.
  • Cost Negotiation : Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost without compromising quality.
  • Order & Delivery Follow-up (OTIF) : Ensure timely processing and delivery of orders to avoid operational downtime.
  • Quality Assurance : Coordinate with end users and quality teams to ensure materials meet required standards.
  • Compliance : Ensure procurement activities align with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and innovations to support strategic purchasing decisions.
  • Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and inventory; prepare regular performance reports.
  • Logistics Coordination : Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and storage of materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of experience is required for this role
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
  • Experience with ERP applications like Oracle & SAP and systems like Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with the lubricating oil industry and relevant nontrade material requirements
