Job description
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using pre-prepared scripts
Answer questions related to the products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer needs and work on closing sales
Enter and update customer information in the database
Receive and process orders accurately
Handle complaints to maintain the company’s reputation
Go the extra mile to achieve sales targets and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Organize company-related events
Sell products and engage with customers directly (Face to Face) during events or at points of sale
Telesales Representative
Proven experience in telesales and face-to-face sales for more than 3 years
A successful track record of achieving sales targets, preferably through phone calls
Good knowledge of telephone systems and basic computer and mobile applications
Ability to learn about products and services and clearly explain them to potential customers
Intermediate level of English
Strong communication skills and high ability to deal with customers
Calm-tempered and able to handle rejection professionally
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to solve problems and handle complaints
