- Support the team in identifying growth opportunities across commercial, operations, and product functions.
- Assist in implementing & developing category management initiatives & strategies to improve sales performance.
- Collect and analyze internal and external data to generate insights on consumer behavior.

- Work closely with the Category Manager on marketing campaigns, promotions, and business planning activities.

Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.At least 1+ years of experience in a growth or marketing role, preferably in the retail or consumer electronics sector.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.Benefits
