Position Overview (Please Read Carefully) :

We are seeking a Technical Presales / Sales Specialist to drive the growth of our cloud services business. This role bridges technical expertise and sales acumen, working closely with customers to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and manage the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have both technical depth in cloud technologies and the ability to communicate value propositions to business stakeholders. This position will be based in Egypt with regular travel requirements to Saudi Arabia and working hours aligned with Saudi Arabia time zone.

Important Notes :

  • Reporting Line : Both roles will report to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
  • The Presales / Sales Specialist will work closely with the vendor sales team, channel and presales engineers.
  • Collaboration Model : The team will operate as an agile pod with regular standup meetings, shared project ownership, and clearly defined roles.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive technical sales engagements from initial prospect identification through proposal and closure.
  • Serve as the technical lead in client meetings, understanding requirements and articulating solutions.
  • Create compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals for cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, including solution briefs, case studies, and ROI analyses.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast, tracking opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Build and manage relationships with technology partners, particularly Google Cloud.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and accurate scoping.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive offerings, and cloud technologies.
  • Educate clients on GCP benefits, features, and best practices.
  • Support proof of concept implementations to demonstrate value to clients.
  • Conduct solution workshops and technical discovery sessions with clients.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies for cloud services offerings.
  • Travel to Saudi Arabia as required for client presentations, workshops, and sales meetings ( approximately 30-50% of time ).
  • Work during Saudi Arabia business hours, collaborating remotely when not on-site.
  • Requirements

    Required Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions architecture, or consulting roles.
  • Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred, or AWS / Azure).
  • Demonstrated success in driving technology sales and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience creating compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Understanding of cloud economics and value proposition articulation.
  • GCP certification (Professional Cloud Architect or equivalent).
  • Strong project scoping and estimation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Understanding of the IT landscape in Saudi Arabia or the broader MENA region.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work Saudi Arabia business hours (GMT+3).
  • Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia regularly for sales meetings and client engagement.
  • Valid passport with ability to obtain necessary visas.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Additional technical certifications in GCP or other relevant technologies.
  • Experience selling to enterprise clients in the MENA region.
  • Background in infrastructure or software engineering roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in consultative selling approaches.
  • Experience with cloud migration projects and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Arabic (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Understanding of Saudi Vision 2030 and its implications for digital transformation.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Financial Services, or Government sectors.
  • Previous experience working in an offshore / onshore delivery model.
  • Experience in building relationships with remote stakeholders.
