Job descriptionAdminister and coordinate the recruitment process : job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.Maintain employee records in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.Support performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general concerns.Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.Support HR audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration, as needed.Collaborate with other departments to resolve HR-related matters.Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, BambooHR).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.High level of integrity and confidentiality.
