Job description

Live Physio is expanding and looking for a professional and friendly Clinic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. This role involves handling administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and supporting the clinic’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain and update patient records in the clinic’s system.
  • Handle billing, payments, and insurance verification.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate with physiotherapists and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
  • Address patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
