On-Hire is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to enhance our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent that aligns with our company values and culture. Your expertise in recruitment strategies will be key in collaborating with various departments to meet staffing needs and promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies.
- Post and promote job openings on multiple platforms.
- Source and engage potential candidates through creative channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Administer candidate assessments when necessary.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates throughout the process.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.Familiarity with candidate sourcing techniques.Understanding of recruitment processes and tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.Benefits
