Job description
  • Develop RCCP based on forecast and historical data to confirm projected fulfillment rate.
  • Collaborate with the production team to assess machines status, capacity bottlenecks and optimize machines loading plan for OTIF achievement.
  • Determination of ATP in reference to generated RCCP.
  • Maintain SAP routing and production versions data.
  • Create routings and production versions for new SKUs.
  • Update CT for routing groups on SAP and ensuring data is up to date.
  • Review new sales orders and release new production orders.
  • Oversee production cards generation and submission to production team.
  • Align with material planning team to ensure material availability before orders release.
  • Communicate with commercial team regarding delivery dates, capacity issues and any deviation form shared dates.

  • Daily review of production schedule for past day review.
  • Highlighting any deviation from planned schedule.
  • Communication with operations teams to ensure machines availability for production.
  • Using firefighting techniques to overcome any unplanned issues.
  • Submission of needed periodic reports.
  • Analyze operations performance to be able to forecast future production estimations.
  • Analyze production waste and identify areas for improvement to increase production efficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in production planning and capacity planning.
  • Experience in planning for specialized processes like injection machines a plus.
  • Ability to use software such as SAP, Oracle, or any other material planning and scheduling systems.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, from RCCP, MPS to real-time schedule management.
  • Ability to analyze demand fluctuations and forecast future capacity needs accurately.
  • Quick to respond to disruptions in capacity and come up with alternative solutions.
  • Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with commercial department, operations teams, and other departments.
