Come onboard and dedicate yourself to becoming #everydaybetter!   Take over a key role as an Operations Specialist in the Business & Operations - KSA department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.    What we expect from you : Respond to partner-raised operational tickets quickly and accurately during working hours Call customers to follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolutions Create and manage new customer packages with accuracy and attention to detail Resolve real-time customer and partner complaints with empathy and efficiency Coordinate with the operations team to balance workload and support smooth daily execution Collaborate with customer support and partner management teams when needed to deliver seamless service Maintain accurate records and updates across operational tools and systems Contribute to team discussions and share ideas to improve processes and service quality What we are looking for : 1–4 years of experience in operations or customer service roles Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues on the spot Strong organizational and multitasking ability to manage multiple tickets at once Proficiency with basic computer tools (Google Workspace, MS Office) and ability to learn new systems quickly Experience in the service industry is a plus Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills for data entry and reporting are a plus Team player with a proactive, empathetic, and reliable approach PERKS OF BEING A PART of JUSTLIFE Nothing would replace the start-up spirit, working with an evolving culture and fulfilling workplace !
