Job Description

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance core banking applications.
  • Customize core banking solutions to meet the bank’s specific requirements.
  • Work on integration with other systems (e.g., payment gateways, mobile banking, and compliance tools).
  • Write clean, efficient, and secure code to ensure system stability.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in the system, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery through rigorous testing.
  • Implement security protocols to protect sensitive banking data.
  • Ensure compatibility with emerging technologies and banking standards.
  • Create user manuals and technical guides for implemented solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1 - 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Proven track record in delivering banking projects, including customizations and integrations.
  • Strong expertise in core banking platforms like Temenos T24, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Finacle, or Misys.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or system-specific scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of API integrations, web services (SOAP / REST), and middleware technologies.
  • Experience with cloud computing and containerization (e.g., AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.
