Job description
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics.
  • Coordinate internal communications and follow up on executive decisions.
  • Prepare executive briefings, meeting summaries, and official correspondence.
  • Handle confidential files and special projects with discretion.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure office efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact in the CEO’s absence.
  • Working Days : Saturdays to Thursdays

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in tech or high-growth companies.
    • Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
    • Proficiency in tools like Google Calendar, Notion, Slack, etc.
