Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3 years of relevant experience in general accounting. Proven experience in general accounting, preferably in a similar role. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with local tax laws and regulations in [Saudi Arabia] is essential. Good understanding of cash flow management and financial forecasting. Very good command of English (spoken and written). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and all accounting records.
- Oversee and support the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
- Review and settle employee advances and petty cash accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and inter-company transactions regularly.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations, including VAT, Zakat, and withholding tax.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Monitor cash flow, support cash management activities, and provide financial forecasting when required.
- Support continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
