We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support the hiring of top-tier technical talent across global markets. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role responsible for full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and ensure timely, high-quality hires across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of technical roles across engineering, product, infrastructure, and other tech teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
- Source and engage active and passive candidates using multiple search techniques and creative outreach.
- Screen candidates for technical capability, motivation, and culture fit.
- Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure excellent candidate and stakeholder communication.
- Track pipeline activity, interview progress, and hiring metrics through internal systems.
- Provide market insights and candidate feedback to help hiring managers make informed decisions.
- Support offer preparation and closing processes
Requirements
3–6 years of hands-on technical recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or global environment.Strong experience recruiting for roles such as software engineers, DevOps, QA, infrastructure, and data specialists.Proven ability to manage multiple technical requisitions across different locations or time zones.Skilled in sourcing strategies, outreach campaigns, and market research.Experience working with recruitment systems and structured interview workflows.Clear communicator with strong organizational and prioritization skills.Familiar with international hiring nuances such as notice periods, compensation differences, and remote team structures.
