Responsibility

  • Provide cloud platform solution design according to customer needs, ensure architecture design, system design, cloud products to meet customer needs and provide daily cloud technical support.
  • Manage cloud deployment, maintain cloud service daily operation, including host monitoring, cloud backup, cloud migration and other cloud services.
  • Familiar with public cloud, private cloud and hybrid cloud architecture and technical support progress.
  • Study the technical evolution of public cloud, private cloud and hybrid cloud, and design CMI cloud products, cloud platforms and cloud technical support methods.
  • Manage and provide regular progress update during the cloud technical support project lifecycle for A-end and B-end customers.
  • Conduct risk management, procedure optimization and escalate all outstanding issue during provisioning stage.
  • Consolidate, revise and update internal reports weekly and monthly.

Requirements

  • Academic : Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Professional qualification : Cloud technical support experiences are preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience (Candidate with less experience may be considered for a more junior position).
  • Specific experience required : PaaS platform development experience or PaaS platform maintenance experience, more than three PaaS application projects delivered. Familiar with the functions of server, network and other network hardware and software. Experiences in big data, cloud computing, Internet and other related fields.
  • Technical skills :
  • a) Familiar with PaaS platforms such as Huawei, Ali, Azure, AWS, GOOGLE etc.
  • b) Ability of cloud development with DevOps tools, familiar with K8S, Docker and other open source PaaS platforms.
  • c) Familiar with TCP / IP, Linux operating system, virtualization technology.
  • Work Attitude : Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure.
  • Language ability : Strong command in English. Mandarin / Arabic is a plus.
