Job descriptionBooking embassy appointments / monitoring all embassies.prepare the client application (Appointment - Airline Tickets + Hotel Reservation + Travel Plan)Update Sheet of embassies appointments.Prepare deliveries Sheet every month for all customers (for all the upcoming months).Customer papers for the whole next month with the required translation.A report to be submitted to line manager every week showing the following :Number of deliveries per week and the competent employee.Number of deliveries in the next three weeks.Any papers related to the customer or not registering any customer in the sheets or any problem with a customer.Making e-mails for booking embassies and distribute it to the employees in case they are needed to book the embassy appointment.Attened the embassies Appointment (IF needed)Experience in tourism industry or BSc in tourism is a MUST .Strong follow upTarget achieverExcellent command in English
