Job description

Participate in the specification of furniture, art, accessories, finishes, lighting and equipment.

Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors for FF&E materials.

Communicating and working with outside consultants, fabricators and product representatives.

Bachelor's degree of Architecture engineering, fine or applied arts.

Experience in procurement, preferably in FF&E.

preferred experience in hospitality background.

Proficiency in CAD.

Excellent technical skills, particularly with All CAD software.
