We are seeking a  Senior Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy and Execution :

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored logistics and supply chain solutions.

  • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase Future Express’s services and value proposition.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure :
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and terms.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Close deals efficiently and maintain a high conversion rate.
  • Market Analysis :
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market research.
  • Collaboration :
  • Work closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or service-based industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
