Job descriptionResponsible for achieving a pre-set marketing target / return to the company.Initiation and development of products / business relationships with different schemes to generate business in different industry sectors including vendor finance programs and other approved programs by AT LEASE.Assessment of the market opportunities and target market.Promoting & management of newly introduced products / programs to the market.Prepare and present the product benefits to new prospect companies.Provide efficient customer service standards and maintain ongoing relationships with existing lessees.Evaluate customer’s financial means to achieve a favorable risk / return relationship.Responsible for all aspects of the lease transaction until closure of the deal (legal, credit approval, funding, documentation…etc.)Create new marketing channels for the company products.Preparing all required amendment memos for approved clients.Prepare a comprehensive Basic Information Reports (BIR) on all visited clients & Know Your Customer Reports (KYC) on all approved clients.Follow up on performance of accounts and solve any problems to ensure on time collection.Follow up on disbursement of funds to the client.Review performance and objectives with marketing manager.Supervising the performance and progress of newly hired marketing officers and communicating this to the Marketing Head.Coach newly hired marketing officers and ensures daily monitoring of their performance and progress.Conduct regular visits to potential clients ( Not less than 5 calls per week) for the purpose of maximizing A.T.Lease’s market exposureBachelor degree in Commerce / Economics / Business Administration.Minimum 7 -10 years of experience in a similar field( leasing or Ex Banking )Excellent command of both English and Arabic.Effective communication skills .High negotiation and influencing skills.Credit certified is a plus.Must posses’ good leadership and analytical skills.
