Production Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Ensure achievement of the production plan for each line while adhering to predetermined quality and safety standards.
• Manage and organize labor and personnel effectively to fulfill the production plan efficiently.
• Ensure that the production rate aligns with the time plan and quality instructions.
• Maintain high production rates while meeting the required quality standards within the specified time frame.
• Enhance manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and cost reduction strategies.
• Monitor and address production line stoppages and problems, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and prevent disruptions.
