About this Position
Implementing and overseeing sales planning processes, conducting in-depth forecast and performance analysis, and ensuring alignment across departments to optimize sales efficiency. It also involves managing a team, supporting cross-functional projects, and addressing issues related to planning, including escalation to Supply Operations when needed.
What you´ll do
- Monitors local Sales Planning KPIs.
- Runs qualitative forecast analysis.
- Analyzes country specific situations and determines needed actions to be applied for a better sales planning efficiency.
- Checks and ensures consistency of all sales planning processes (top down / bottom-up planning).
- Supports requests and issues internally (Sales, Marketing, Planning) and escalates to Supply Operations in case required.
- Participates in interdepartmental projects related to sales planning.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor degree of Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant study.High level of data analytical skills and BI.0-1 Years of experience Supply Chain.Fluent English Speaker.Good Hands-on knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel & PowerPoint.Some perks of joining Henkel
