Business Development Senior Manager

Job Description

This role is responsible for managing relationships with sector partners, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration. It involves strategic planning, account management and providing exceptional client service to enhance the company’s presence in the sector.

• Participate in planning & executing company’s business development strategy to ensure alignment of departmental goals with the overall business objectives .
• Develop and acquire new business to achieve the company's long-term objectives
• Provides management, quality assurance and compliance with the client requirements on bid / capture efforts across sector in the region to ensure high-quality standards
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities to identify opportunities , threats and p rovide insights and recommendations
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with partners to e nsure compliance with contractual obligations and company policie s
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the sector to p rovide ongoing support and consultation to banking partners , d evelop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on sectors’ account s status, performance metrics, and business development activities to support sector strategic planning
• Provide input in bid / no-bid decisions and maintain the pipeline tracker updated to s upport the decision-making process .
• Coordinate with technical teams in all aspects of proposal processes to ensure high-quality, competitive proposals that meet client requirements.
