1. Teacher Support & Guidance
- Provide individualized mentoring and academic support to assigned teachers.
- Conduct regular check-ins and coaching sessions to help teachers improve instructional quality.
- Address teacher challenges with curriculum implementation, student behavior, or teaching tools.
- Share best practices and ensure teachers apply IQRA's values and methodology in each class.
- Monitor teacher engagement and motivation, offering emotional and professional support where needed.
2. Performance Monitoring & Evaluation
Track teacher performance using IQRA’s Dashboard, attendance reports, and class readiness updates.Identify teaching gaps such as low student engagement, delayed responses, or curriculum misuse.Review teacher compliance with punctuality, camera use, background setup, and class notes quality.Evaluate performance trends and categorize teachers for follow-up, coaching, or escalation.Coordinate with the HR and Training departments for corrective actions or improvement plans.3. Onboarding, Readiness & Evaluation
Attend interviews of potential teaching candidates and assess their suitability.Guide new teachers during orientation and shadowing phases.Evaluate training and demo session outcomes and provide structured feedback reports.Approve teacher readiness to go live with students and recommend activation based on performance.Ensure new teachers complete their checklist, calendar setup, and dashboard readiness.4. Teacher Lifecycle Support
Process teacher vacation and resignation requests in coordination with the advisor and HR teams.Monitor readiness status updates and initiate student transfers when required.Document teacher suspensions, removals, or final terminations according to policy.Follow up on temporary leaves, readiness changes, or role reactivations.5. Cross-Department Collaboration
Communicate effectively with the Training, Academic Advising, and Support departments.Coordinate student transfer timelines, teacher replacements, and backup readiness.Raise compliance concerns to HR and track outcomes through ClickUp and Intercom.Participate in team meetings, MBO reviews, and ongoing professional development sessions.6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain up-to-date notes on each teacher's performance and coaching sessions.Submit weekly and monthly reports on mentor activities and teacher status.Use ClickUp, Intercom, and the Dashboard to document all updates and decisions.Ensure full compliance with IQRA’s mentorship protocols and audit readiness.Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education , Islamic Studies, Arabic Language, or related fields)Minimum 4 years of teaching experience , preferably in online Quran / Arabic / Islamic StudiesPrior experience in training , coaching, or supervising teachers is highly preferredStrong command of English and Arabic (spoken and written)Familiarity with remote teaching tools : Zoom, Google Workspace, LMS platformsHigh organizational skills, empathy , and ability to give constructive feedbackAlignment with IQRA’s mission and values , and commitment to continuous developmentProven experience as supervisor or relevant roleFamiliarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the fieldAbility to learn a variety of job descriptionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsGood knowledge of MS OfficeDiploma / Certificate in first line management or relevant fieldHigh school diploma; BSc / BA in management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
