We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to develop and execute our B2B social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness within our target industries.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives
- Manage all company social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Create and maintain a content calendar with consistent posting schedules
Content Creation & Curation
Produce high-quality, engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) for B2B audiencesCollaborate with design teams to create visually appealing assetsWrite compelling copy that reflects brand voice and resonates with target customersCommunity Engagement & Growth
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentionsImplement strategies to grow followers and improve engagement ratesIdentify and engage with industry influencers and potential partnersPerformance Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIsPrepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROIUse data insights to optimize content and strategyCross-functional Collaboration

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field0-2 years of experience in social media management (internships included)Mandatory : Active participation in student activities or organizationsTechnical Skills
