What you’ll do

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

• Work on the Enrolment of Rural Women into our Ambassadorship Program on a quarterly basis
• Work with Big Data team to select the women from our “Influencer Model” to be enrolled into the Program
• Develop a scheme of services that ambassadors can resell to improve Business KPI’s & Market Share in Rural Areas where we are under-indexted
• Work with Pricing on the Incentive Based Model for the Program
• Track the KPI’s of the program; Monthly Transactions, Engaged Women, Sales of VF Products, impacted women
• Work with external partners on partnerships for VF becoming a “Purpose-Led” Brand
• Develop Business Cases & check the profitability of the program on a monthly basis
• Work on Entrepreneurship programs post program to make sure Rural Women have secure stable jobs
• Work on Micro-financing handsets with Terminals & external teams to secure an efficient easy model
