Job description

We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in CRM systems, along with foundational knowledge of T‑24 banking modules. You will be pivotal in gathering requirements, designing CRM integrations across channels, preparing reports, and ensuring seamless CRM‑T‑24 workflows to enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business needs for CRM system enhancements and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical user stories.
  • Design and facilitate CRM integration with web, mobile, call-center, and T‑24 channels.
  • Prepare CRM reports and dashboards to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Support T‑24 basic data flow understanding / integration use‑cases.
  • Assist in UAT : create test cases, coordinate testing, ensure quality and track issues.
  • Liaise between business users, IT / development teams, and external vendors to ensure delivery aligned with objectives.
  • Maintain functional documentation (BRD, FRS, data-flow diagrams) and train end-users.

Requirements

Experience :

  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst with a focus on CRM systems.
  • Basic understanding of T‑24 core banking (e.g., modules, data structures).

    • Technical Proficiency :

  • CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).
  • Integration protocols (API, middleware) and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • SQL, Excel, and data analysis skills.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum / Kanban).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    • Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related discipline.

    • Preferred Certifications :

  • CRM-related (e.g., Salesforce Certified), ISTQB, CBAP, or similar.
