Job descriptionReceiving bookings from Customers to arrange shipments from point of origin to final delivery point.To provide quotations to overseas partners and customers.Negotiate rates with overseas partners, carriers, and local transporters to guarantee the best cost for customers' inquiries.Instruct overseas partners to arrange shipments from the point of origin and maintain communication with them to ensure shipments are arranged and booked accordingly.Generate Master ACID through Nafeza Platform for import back-to-back sea shipments.Contact Shipping lines, LCL operators and service providers, arranging release, delivery and payment of charges in a timely manner.Resolve service failures, delays or problems with partners, Shipping lines, LCL operators and service providers to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.To communicate and update customers regularly on the status of their shipments.To send arrival notifications to clients & prepare release letters for sea shipments.Follow up on shipments' arrival and delivery to the consignee.To support the management and account managers by providing your experience and knowledge to enable them to develop new business opportunities and maintain good relations with existing customers.To work effectively with other team members to ensure good operating procedures and practices.Knowledge of the export procedure is an asset.Bachelor DegreeFemales are preferred.2+ years of experience in a Freight Forwarding company.Fluent English Language (Spoken and Written).Very good command of Computer Skills, Emails, and Microsoft Office Skills.Working Hours : 9 : 00 – 4 : 00 (Sunday – Thursday)
