Job descriptionOversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, tax filings, and compliance with all relevant regulations.Design, administer, and continuously improve our Total Rewards offerings, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness programs.Manage employee benefits programs (medical, retirement, and other perks); serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and vendor management.Support compensation initiatives such as salary benchmarking, job evaluations, salary band structures, and incentive programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.Manage personnel services, including maintaining employee records, handling contracts, onboarding and offboarding, leave management, and supporting investigations and personnel changes.Ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations; prepare and present analytical reports for leadership to inform Total Rewards decisions.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and the overall employee experience.Maintain and administer the HRIS / payroll system, ensuring data accuracy, managing system configurations, user access, and reporting.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, compensation, benefits, or total rewards administration.Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, payroll regulations, and compliance standards.High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.Experience with regional labor laws and USD payroll is a plus.
