Job description

Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and close deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Attend external meetings and represent the agency in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a business development within a marketing agency.
  • Experience in marketing agencies is a MUST.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
