Job Summary :

  • We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and manage IT security systems, particularly Sophos Endpoint and Network Protection. This position plays a key role in supporting the organization's ERP system, maintaining data security, and assisting with core IT operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide first and second-level support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, CRM, SCM, Business Central) including troubleshooting user issues and resolving system errors.
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, and general system configuration in Dynamics.
  • Monitor and manage Sophos Endpoint Protection and Sophos XG Firewall, ensuring devices are secured, threats are responded to, and policies are enforced.
  • Coordinate with the IT infrastructure team to ensure integration of Dynamics with other platforms such as Office 365, Azure, and local systems.
  • Maintain the overall security posture of the IT environment by applying patches, updating antivirus definitions, and reviewing threat logs.
  • Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to escalate Dynamics or security issues when necessary.
  • Assist in planning and implementing IT and security-related upgrades and migrations.
  • Prepare documentation, training guides, and user manuals for both Dynamics and Sophos solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies, data protection standards, and external regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a business environment.
  • Practical experience with Sophos security solutions (Endpoint, Firewall, Central Management Console).
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and application integrations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer support orientation.
  • Experience with Power Platform, Azure AD, Office 365, or other cloud services is a plus.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics, Sophos, or ITIL are highly desirable.
