Responsibility

• General Purpose :
• We are now looking for a Project Manager, to be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, securing project goals, ensuring customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.
• Responsibilities :
• Establish the project plan baseline : define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities.
• Drive project execution : track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues.
• Manage project teams to deliver the project according to plan, specification and to high quality standards.
• Handle customer and partner / vendor engagement : manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress timely updates, arranging customer meetings etc.
• Handle project finance : ensure financial monitoring & tracking of resources, keeping all aspects within the allocated budgets, Managing Partner / vendor alignment to contract T&C & various milestones.
• Simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas. Understanding of key tools required for efficient Project Management..
• Lead and engage with team of Professionals with different abilities such as Engineers, Technicians, Project SMEs, External Vendors, Regional teams from Customer end & Partner / Vendor end in addition to Customer & Internal Management Key stakeholders.
• Manage Customer relationship and complete contractual fulfilment from both Customer & Partner / Vendor perspective.
• Forecast & highlight any issues with possible resolution.
• Make a constant effort, with clear targets to improve profitability of the assigned programs.
