Job description

We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Google Ads Specialist to join our fast-growing luxury car rental business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in lead generation , performance marketing, and full-funnel strategy. You should be comfortable managing large budgets (1Million dirham in month ) , working across tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Sheets, and collaborating with creative and technical teams to drive growth.

Plan, launch, and optimize high-performance Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

Design and manage full-funnel lead generation strategies, from first click to final lead submission.
Implement and maintain proper conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) , GCLID, and event-based goals.
Use Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to analyze user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare structured reports and performance dashboards using Google Sheets and Looker Studio.
Perform A / B testing on ads and landing pages to improve CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with designers and developers to optimize landing pages for higher lead conversion.
Monitor budgets and adjust bidding strategies to meet performance targets.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and apply innovations to campaigns.

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

Proven success in lead generation through paid search and performance marketing.

Must have previously managed ad accounts with budgets in the hundreds of thousands / 1 million per month (AED or USD).

Strong experience building and optimizing complete marketing funnels.

Expert in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) .

Familiarity with Microsoft Clarity for behavioral insights and heatmaps.

Proficient in Google Sheets for data handling, reporting, and campaign analysis.

Deep understanding of key performance metrics : CPL, ROAS, CTR, bounce rate, and LTV.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments.

Google Ads Certifications are a plus.

Experience in automotive, car rental, or luxury travel sectors is preferred.
