🔍 Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor all US client convenience stores through daily review of security camera footage.
• Report any Loss Prevention incidents, including :
• Product Theft
• Sweetheart Deal
• Transaction Fraud
• Suggestive Selling
• Discount Fraud
• Cash Theft
• Monitor Quality Assurance elements to ensure service excellence :
• Employee Productivity
• Safety & Security
• Speed of Service
• Food Preparation
• Operational Procedures
• Respond to all Alarm Trigger calls and log them in the shared system.
• Prepare and maintain related reports and documentation.
