Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities :

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, Telegram groups, and relevant social media platforms.
• Qualify leads and gather essential client information to assess fit and potential.
• Maintain and update a simple CRM or tracking sheet with lead statuses and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the content team to align messaging and sales material.
• Schedule discovery calls or demos for interested leads with the agency founder.
• Report weekly on lead generation performance and insights.
• Collaborate remotely with the team and attend regular check-ins.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (social media management, content creation, paid ads, etc.).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Telegram, and other relevant platforms for outreach.
• Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure.
• Consistent internet access and ability to work remotely.
• Previous experience in sales or lead generation is a plus, but not required.
• Based in Egypt (Cairo or Giza preferred).
