Job description

Talent Acquisition :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Use various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve performance and efficiency.

Organizational Development :

  • Support the development and delivery of training and development programs.
  • Assist with talent management, succession planning, and leadership development efforts.
  • Facilitate employee engagement surveys and help implement action plans.
  • Contribute to culture initiatives, change management, and organizational assessments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align people initiatives with business strategy.
  • EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in HR, OD, or a related discipline is a plus.
  • Certifications in Talent Acquisition.
  • PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :

  • Ability to perform needs assessments and analyze areas of strength and weakness.
  • Ability to coach / advise employees and management through sensitive HR issues to resolve conflicts and seek workable solutions.
  • From 4 to 6 years of experience in the OD function.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, and various agencies at all levels of the organization.
  • TECHNICAL SKILLS :

  • Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
  • Microsoft Office professional user (Especially Excel & Visio).
  • INTERPERSONAL SKILLS :

  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or team-building activities.
  • Superb analytical and time-management skills.
  • Public speaking skills, problem-solving skills and both verbal and written communication skills.
