About this Position
A Process Engineer drives operational excellence by analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes, resolving issues, and implementing continuous improvements to enhance machine availability, product quality, and system efficiency.
What you´ll do
- Increase the availability of the machines through targeted problem-solving and continuous improvements.
- Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters.
- Eliminate or reduce (prioritized) losses through making process or work system changes.
- Participate in the daily direction-setting process (SIM) – report results, flag issues and request resources.
- Define, train and audit critical daily management systems, e.g. centre-lining (run-to-target).
- Regular monitoring of the area regarding centerline, defects and standards & development of improvement plans.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering preferred.1-3 years of experience in similar position.Fluent level of English is required.Solution-Oriented, analytical and structured.Some perks of joining Henkel
