Job description

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a ⁠⁠⁠SAP QM Consultant for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.

This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP QM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Provide expert-level support for existing SAP QM functionalities.
  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.
  • Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP QM related issues.
  • Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD) to ensure seamless integration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP releases, enhancements, and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP QM processes.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives within quality management.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects related to SAP QM.
  • Work with various QM functionalities like Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Quality Control, Quality Certificates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP QM configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of quality management processes, including quality planning, inspection, notifications, and control.
  • Expertise in master data management (MDM) within SAP QM.
  • Experience with SAP QM sub-modules.
  • Proficiency in ABAP debugging and basic programming is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
