Job description

The Accountant Admin plays a vital role in overseeing and managing the administrative and accounting functions within the organization. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and ledger accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and assist in audit processes as needed.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents and ensure proper filing systems.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing relevant financial data.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure the timely processing of salaries and benefits.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support organization-wide financial strategies and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
