Job description

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a ⁠SAP Procurement / MM  for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.

This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP MM and Procurement solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Provide expert-level support for existing SAP MM and Procurement functionalities.
  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.
  • Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM and Procurement related issues.
  • Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., FI / CO, PP) to ensure seamless integration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP releases, enhancements, and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP MM and Procurement processes.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects related to SAP MM and Procurement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM and Procurement configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.
  • Expertise in master data management (MDM) within SAP MM.
  • Experience with SAP MM sub-modules.
  • Proficiency in ABAP debugging and basic programming is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
