Job descriptionDevelop and execute recruitment strategies to meet Atco Pharma’s hiring needs.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and industry networks to find top talent.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) & optimize processes.Conduct interviews for all hiring requirements along with attending internal assessment centers when needed.Experience : 5+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry .Knowledge : General Knowledge about all HR functions, Familiarity with pharmaceutical roles (e.g., Manufacturing, Facilities, Field force, QA / QC)Tools : Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, WUZZUF, Social media groups and headhunting search techniques.Soft Skills : Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.Education : Bachelor’s degree from a suitable university.
