Job description

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team, managing order processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. Your commitment to accuracy, organization, and proactive communication will be key to the brand’s success in global markets.

Sales Support & Coordination :

Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth sales operations.

Process customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders efficiently.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in CRM systems.

Order & Logistics Management :

Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Track shipments and keep customers updated on order status.

Assist in inventory management and forecasting to support sales planning.

Customer Relationship & Communication :

Respond to client queries with professionalism and efficiency.

Ensure a high level of customer service by following up on orders and resolving issues promptly.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to streamline communication and sales processes.

Sales Reporting & Process Improvement :

Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Analyze sales trends and provide insights for improving efficiency.

Support in developing sales processes and automation to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Experience & Skills :

2-5 years’ experience in sales administration, order management, or customer service.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Ability to handle high-pressure environments with a disciplined and committed work ethic.

Proficiency in CRM systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Education & Language Proficiency :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

    Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Other Requirements :
  • A structured and process-driven mindset with a proactive approach.

    Strong communication and teamwork skills to support cross-functional collaboration.
