Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance. Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with API testing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience test automation frameworks. Automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter). Experience with cloud-based testing environments. ISTQB certification or equivalent.
About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled QC Tester to join our dynamic team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manual and automated testing, with a strong passion for quality assurance.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and usability.
- Conduct thorough manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Receive and manage tickets and cases from the client care team.
- Identify, report, and track defects using a defect tracking system.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated on emerging testing tools and techniques.
