Job description

Audio Technology is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to own the development and execution of end-to-end digital marketing strategies. You will lead initiatives across social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and lead generation while creating engaging content, optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta, and collaborating across teams to boost brand awareness and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create compelling content and support brand building efforts (both internal and external) to help achieve company growth goals.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through email campaigns, e-newsletters, social media, and marketing events.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a scalable, sustainable B2B marketing plan.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone across all communications—working closely with content, creative, sales, and internal teams.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on B2B marketing performance; manage company presence on key business listing platforms.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans, including strategies for social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and other online channels.
  • Craft compelling content for social media posts, email campaigns, and newsletters.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Build and manage the company’s social media presence, including content scheduling and audience engagement.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics.
  • Optimize website and content for SEO to improve search rankings.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B & B2C marketing roles.
  • University degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of B2C marketing principles with proven success in consumer engagement.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and guide decision-making.
  • Creative writing and content creation skills to develop engaging marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media management, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic (written and spoken).
